Integrations
aldo and Excel
Connect Excel (Microsoft 365) and the numbers your team already keeps in its workbooks flow into your Balanced Scorecard on their own. aldo only reads: it never changes your files.
What data it brings in
- Excel workbooks stored in OneDrive or in the SharePoint sites you have access to.
- For each KPI, you choose the sheet that feeds it.
KPIs you can track
A few examples, by perspective:
- Financial: budget versus actual spend.
- Customers: the results of your customer satisfaction surveys.
- Internal processes: inventory and delivery times you already track in Excel.
Before you connect
Microsoft requires a Microsoft 365 admin at your company to approve access to files and sites. Without that approval, the connection can't finish.
How to connect
Pick Excel in aldo, sign in with your Microsoft work account and accept.
Your data
aldo only reads the records your KPIs need. You can disconnect Excel at any time, and aldo stops reading right away.
